You're probably familiar with Tom Selby's documentary/voyeuristic photos from his site The Selby where he catalogs shoots with interesting people in their home or work surroundings. Now he's added Edible Selby where he does the same for people in the food industry, complete with interviews and recipes. This site is like a dream come true for me -- I feel like a kid in a candy shop scanning the different homes/shops/kitchens. Above are some of the images from his trip to Rockaway Taco in Queens. It was so hard to choose just three.
