I'm gluten free these days, thanks to an angry liver. One major change is no more yummy mulit-grain bread. Lately, my lunch has looked a lot like this. My most recent gluten free bread choice is china black rice. I love saying the name, I love its purplish tint, I love that it is "fruit juice sweetened." I love that the brand is " Food For Life, " and I love having eggs + toast because it reminds me of my sister Jen (who partakes in a lot of eggs). Change is good.
