Back to the Grind--Just Like These Guys.

This series is people at work. Photographing people was above and beyond my favorite thing. As I said before, men seemed to love having their picture taken for the most part. A very funny cultural difference is that after they would ask for a photo or you would ask, they would back up to pose, straighten up their posture, and get the most serious looks on their faces. Very stoic, almost angry. And as soon as you snapped they relaxed, smiled and got excited to see themselves. With the exception of children this was almost universal. There were a few smilers out there :). Happy Monday ! PS. The man squatting and drinking chai amongst his potatoes is one of my favorites from the whole trip. I love his expression, the way his outfit matches his produce, and the beautiful lavender of the plastic chai cup against all the browns.
