I took a lot of pictures of men over women because women were often shy and / or didn't want their photo taken. For the most part men seemed to love it. And as chai drinking went, it was much easier to find men sitting around enjoying a good chai than a woman, who was usually much more on the go.The first man here had one of the most beautiful faces I've ever seen. After I took his photo I showed it to him on my camera and he let out a very sweet hearty laugh, and patted me on the back in a very endearing way. I loved the moment we shared and it's etched in my mind.
