You guys, I have a borderline unhealthy obsession with a macrobiotic restaurant across the street from me,
Souen. Not only do they have yummy steamed veggies, perfect brown rice, and hijiki seaweed (YUM), but their soy sauces are all gluten free + they often have gluten free baked goods.
Anyway I digress because this post is really because yummy Souen took their carrot tops + greens, dropped them in glass votive containers, and voila, table decor. How cute ? And resourceful ? And green ? I like the idea of a bunch lined up -- could work with the same veggie or a variety ...
